On 11.4.1351H., Royal Decree No.381 was issued, changing the name of the Public Finance Agency to the Finance Ministry and establishing only the second ministry after the Foreign Ministry. The Finance Ministry became responsible for the organization, maintenance and collection of the government's finances, as well as for initiating budgeting methods. |
